Technical Services Engineer
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
· Attending and conduct product trial for prospectively/new customer and new applications.
· Perform trouble shoot process related technical problems and investigate product complaints.
· Contact customers to monitor CAP product quality, obtain info on market and maintain liaison.
· Organize and send sample product and Finished products for Laboratory analysis.
· Organize Free of Charge (FOC) sample with Sales, Distribution and Product Handling.
· Up date and maintain Lab. Analysis report and customer record.
Requirements:
· Minimum SI Or D3 graduate in Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer preferred.
· Minimum 1-3 years work experience in the polymer or plastic processing industry.
· Good team work and hard working.
· Good communication and negotiation skill.
· Out going personality.
· Able to convey positive image of CAP to customer.
· Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· Good health with no blind-color.
